How do you do it, Mien? You've got these minimal images of dried, shrivelled, spotted fruit and seeds, and not only are they beautiful, they are moving! And those sewn-together pieces - I think of a little wood-creature on a seat of moss, stitching with rough and awkward fingers towards a magic coat. Love it.
why don't the shrivelled up things in my fruit bowl look this good? :o) I like the stitched pomegranite very much, the colour is lovely.
